Customers can easily reset their own password or retrieve their User Name. Both options are available on the user’s login page.



If the customer is unsuccessful, the Biller Administrator can reset the password from the Customer Service Portal.

Use the search options to locate the customer.

Once you've located the payer you are supporting, you can use the following details to help them either log into their account or reset their password. Or you can un-enroll the user to give them an opportunity to re-enroll with credentials that they can remember.
