View Reports

Once you've setup up your payment website, you can login as an administrator to view reporting.

To access the complete set of available reports, click 'Reporting' on the Main Menu.

All available reports are displayed on the 'Reporting' screen.

The reports are displayed in the following categories:

Users

• Customer Status
• Enrolled Customers
• Profile Changes
• Un-Enrolled Customers

Payments

• Automatic Payments
• Credit Card Declines, Failures and Voids
• Deposit Report - Payment Detail
• Future Payments
• Payments Status

Financial

• Deposit Report
• Download Remittance File

Billing

• Bill Files Processed Report
